Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unassembled, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellations, Returns & Fees

Cancellation Fee: Once an order is placed and the payment has been processed, we are charged a non-refundable transaction fee by the credit card processor (approximately 3%). If you cancel your order after payment has been captured, this 3% fee will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee: All accepted returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements. Items must be shipped back in their original packaging to ensure the safety of the product.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the outer packaging arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the box before opening it. If the item itself is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos of both the packaging and the product. This allows us to evaluate the issue, file the necessary insurance claims with the carrier, and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 30% restocking fee and the initial non-refundable merchant processing fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
