STUDIO SERIES Limited Lifetime Warranty

Every STUDIO SERIES workstation is built in-house by RAB Audio Inc. with a high attention to detail, and we stand behind it for life. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects, everyday wear and tear, and accidental damage for as long as you own your workstation.

This warranty applies only to STUDIO SERIES workstations.

The Short Version

Coverage

Includes manufacturing defects, wear and tear from normal use, and accidental damage, including damage during assembly or reconfiguring.

Transferable

Applies to both original and subsequent owners, with no registration required.

Cost

Replacement parts are free. We cover shipping on manufacturing defects. For wear and tear or accidental damage, the part is still free and you just cover the shipping.

What's Covered

This warranty covers all STUDIO SERIES workstations, including the STUDIO 2, STUDIO 3B, STUDIO A, and future models in the series.

It covers:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Wear and tear from normal, everyday use, such as worn hardware, loosened joints,
or finish wear
Accidental damage, such as drops, impacts, or spills, including damage that happens while assembling or reconfiguring your workstation

What "Lifetime" Means

Your workstation is covered for as long as you own it, and for as long as anyone after you owns it. If a part is no longer made, we will send a comparable replacement of equal or better quality.

How We Make It Right

Every piece of a STUDIO SERIES workstation is made in-house by RAB Audio Inc., so any individual part can be replaced. When a claim is approved, we ship you the replacement part you need.

What's Not Covered

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or intentional damage
Accidental damage on workstations in spaces rented out to others, such as studios booked by the hour or day. These workstations are still covered for manufacturing defects and wear and tear.
Modified parts. Any part that has been modified or altered in any way will not be replaced for free.
Workstations rented out on their own as rental equipment
Gear placed on or in the workstation, such as monitors, speakers, interfaces, or outboard equipment

Shipping Costs

Manufacturing defects: The part and shipping are both free.
Wear and tear or accidental damage: The part is free. You pay the actual shipping cost.
Outside the U.S.: The warranty applies the same way. Manufacturing defects are still free, including shipping, which we arrange with you or the authorized dealer you bought from. For wear and tear or accidental damage, you pay the actual
shipping cost.

How to Make a Claim

Go to our Contact Us page, choose Parts & Services, and fill out the form.
We'll contact you and ask for your proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
RAB Audio Inc. will assess your claim. If shipping costs apply, we'll let you know the cost before anything ships.
Replacement parts ship shortly after our assessment is complete.

No. There is no registration. Just keep your proof of purchase, since we'll ask for it if you make a claim.

Yes. The warranty transfers to every owner of the workstation.

If it was an accident, including during assembly or reconfiguring, you're covered. We'll send the replacement part for free, and you pay the actual shipping cost. Damage from misuse or abuse and modified parts are not covered.

Yes, for manufacturing defects and wear and tear. If your workstation is in a room you rent out to others, accidental damage is not covered.
